Verification queue
This page records what has actually been reviewed. It is not a completeness score, and a large source-derived count is not a defect: derived is the honest default until a person checks a claim against the primary document.

Review queue
4These records carry verified status but predate the review-record fields. They are queued for a recorded review, not downgraded: their evidence already exists, but no reviewer or review date is stored.

Source errata to re-check
10Each entry is a defect in an official record that the corpus has worked around. Re-check these when the source portal is next updated; an erratum closes only when the source itself changes.

Review protocol
- 01
Pick one claim, not one record
A review covers a specific statement: a title, a date, a section heading or one relationship. Do not mark an entire instrument reviewed because its landing page looked right.
- 02
Check the primary document at the stated locator
Open the official PDF or gazette copy and read the provision cited in the record's source locator. Portal metadata is a finding aid, not the authority. Where the metadata and the document disagree, the document wins and the discrepancy goes into the errata register.
- 03
Record the review before promoting anything
Add a review object with a named reviewer, the review date, what was checked and the source references. Only then change verificationStatus to verified. A status change without a review record is not a review.
- 04
Re-run the gates
Run npm run validate:data, npm run typecheck, npm run lint and npm run build. If the review corrects a value that an official source still prints differently, add or update the erratum in the same change.
- 05
Leave conflicts unresolved when they are unresolved
If two official statements conflict and no primary document settles the point, keep the record source-derived and record an unresolved erratum. Do not choose the more convenient date.
Recording a review
Add this object to the entity or relationship, next to its verification status, then run the gates.

},Not a review
- Fetching a URL and seeing a 200 response.
- Spell-checking a title or summary.
- Extraction by a language model, however confident.
- Agreement with a secondary commentary or news report.
- Promoting records because the queue is long.
No reviewer identities are invented on this page. Where a review has not happened, the record says so.
