Paragraph 9 points to paragraph 7 for the deemed decision
Cross-reference
Source prints
Paragraph 9 refers to “sub paragraph (iv) of paragraph 7” when describing a clearance that may be presumed to have been granted.
Corpus records
The corpus records the deemed-decision clause as paragraph 8(iii) and does not repeat the defective cross-reference as if it were correct.
Paragraph 7 contains four numbered stages and no sub-paragraph (iv) of the kind described. Paragraph 8(iii) provides that where no decision is communicated within the specified period, the applicant may proceed as if the clearance was granted or denied in line with the final recommendation. The operative clause is followed.
